Subject Access Requests & your Right to Erasure

Should you wish to make a subject access request you can do so by emailing CRAFTED WITH TLC at our [email protected] email address clearly stating your request. Proof of identity will be required before any information will be released. Once your identity has been validated, we aim to complete the request within 1 calendar month. Should you wish to exercise your right to erasure, this too will be completed within 1 calendar month, except in circumstances that conflict with other laws (such as the need to keep financial data for 7 years).
